As you all know, we have the rehearsal on the 26th at 10am at Kelmarsh Hall. We’ve probably got two hours maximum there and then it’s back to ours for a light lunch.

The Magician and Toastmaster will NOT be in attendance, nor will Rosi, one half of the duet – Valerie (David’s wife) may step-in to fulfil the definition of a duet :)
What we’ll be discussing:
Choreograph Ann's entrance
Choreograph Groom/Best Man/Ushers/Ring Bearer entrance
Listen to the Duet and the additional song by David
Listen to the Reading by Karen
Choreograph the Bride and Groom exit from the Service with the chosen music
Check out the sound system for appropriate volume at the meal
After the rehearsal, Ann and I will need to spend some time with Jill and Emma, who’s managing the catering. This will probably last 30-45 minutes.
We also agreed it would be a good idea for Groom/Best Man/Ushers to have a final meeting. I’m not sure yet whether that will happen at Kelmarsh or we have it back at ours – I guess it all depends on how long all of the above takes.
